How do I connect my portals to the automation system?
For each portal you want to automate, you update your notification email settings to forward order emails to your unique BPO Order Acceptor address. This takes approximately 5 minutes per portal. Once configured, the system begins monitoring that portal’s notifications immediately.
Does automation work the same way across all portals?
The acceptance mechanism is the same across all portals — email-based, 4 to 12 second response time. However, each portal has slightly different email formats, and our system is specifically trained to read and parse each one correctly. This is why compatibility matters and why we only list portals we have fully tested and integrated.
Will my accounts on these portals be at risk of suspension?
No. Because we use email automation rather than direct portal login bots, your accounts are not at risk. Email-forwarding is a standard and expected user behavior. Portal systems do not flag accounts for receiving and acting on email notifications quickly — that is normal operation.
Can I enable automation for some portals but not others?
Yes. You control which portals are active in your automation. If you want to manually monitor one portal while automating others, simply do not set up forwarding for that portal. Each portal is configured independently.
